Please download this comprehensive checklist to help review your files before sending.
If you have further questions, please email us.
Why does the color look different on my computer screen/PDF proof compared to my sample, printout or product received?
1. Calibration. Every monitor, printer and scanner is calibrated differently, or setup to display a slightly different color. Adjustments can be made to make them all match more closely, but because of the way CMYK/RGB color works, it will never be exact.
2. The color used in the pdf proof was swapped out for a similar, more standard color. We can print the exact color that you need in most cases, but additional fees may be charged.
Your best bet is to request a color press proof before we print the entire run to ensure you will get the exact color you want.
Could you please send me instructions on uploading/downloading files?

Uploading/Downloading:
You are welcome to email our art department for ftp instructions. You will need either an Internet browser with high-speed Internet access or a FTP program (CuteFTP™, Fetch™) to upload/download.
